Unlike AI-generated services that offer low headline rates but deliver messy, unreliable results, we stand by clear, honest pricing and impeccable standards. We offer true verbatim transcription, intelligent verbatim transcription, and edited transcripts to suit your requirements. Many transcription companies say they have one flat transcription rate – we have four – and for very good reasons:

Dictation

One person speaking into a digital device to record their thoughts. This is the most straightforward type of audio transcription, with the fastest turnaround time.

Depth Interviews

These typically involve only two, sometimes three, speakers. Interruptions are minimal, which means nearly all speech can be deciphered and transcribed clearly with minimal need for re-listening.

Group Discussions

Group discussions, such as focus groups, are far more challenging and take considerably longer to transcribe than depth interviews. We charge a little more so we can go the extra mile: rewinding multiple times to catch that one elusive word hidden beneath overlapping voices.

We also review the transcript afterwards to identify and capture any unclear words masked by background noise or crosstalk. We employ professional transcribers, not typists, and it’s our priority to deliver the highest-quality, most accurate transcripts at the most competitive transcription rates. Our pricing is fair and reflects a service we believe is second to none.

Complex Transcription Services

For recordings and audio files that are of very poor quality, are of a medical nature, have complex templates, recorded on DVD or have very strong non-UK accents, our transcription costs are a little bit higher. Why? Because it takes at least double the time to transcribe and we are determined to give you the best-quality transcript possible.

24 Hour Turnaround Transcription Rates

It’s always our goal to deliver your transcripts within 24 hours if we have space on the schedule, even if you haven’t booked in advance. However, if your project hasn’t been scheduled in and you urgently require a 24 hour or same-day turnaround, you may be subject to an additional 24 hour deadline charge. This will be the case if our transcriptionists have to pull a graveyard shift to meet your deadline.
