All team members are native speakers, have a minimum of 5 years of experience and only translate into their mother tongue.

Data Protection and Information Security
We permanently delete client data within 95 days of the end of a project.
Our Global Lounge server is hosted in a secure environment meeting ISO 27001 security certification standard and PCI DSS standard. Its pfSense® based firewalls provide stateful packet inspection to the public traffic destined for the server. The server is configured with RAID 1 and is backed-up every 4 hours, retained for 1 week and archived every 12 weeks.
Our translation partner is ISO 9001 and ISO 17100 certified so you can rest assured our security continues to be second to none.

We charge per 1000 words which can vary depending on whether you choose a standard language such as Polish/French/German/Spanish, or something a bit more challenging such as Japanese/Portuguese or Thai.
Audio to Text
Standard languages such as European languages are charged at a different rate to Asia, Africa and the rest of the world. For more information regarding pricing, please request a free quote so we can give you an accurate cost per minute for your particular project.
Statement of Truth
We offer a statement of truth, which may be required for translations that are to be produced in a court of law, for a flat fee of £15 excluding VAT.
