Some Good News…

Changes have been made to our Operations team

We are delighted to announce that Linda Wathen has been promoted to Operations Manager of McGowan Transcriptions. Linda has worked tirelessly over the past two years, under extremely difficult circumstances due to Covid, and has maintained her sunny and professional personality throughout. Linda is an absolute joy to work with and we know she will exceed all our expectations when it comes to managing her new team.

“February will mark my two year anniversary at McGowan Transcriptions and oh my, a lot has changed in these two short years! Over the past year I have learnt so much working as the Operations and Finance Coordinator, as well as taking on more tasks and responsibility.

I am just over halfway through Sandler Emerging Leaders management training, so being offered the role of Operations Manager is such a great opportunity to put what I have learnt into practice. I have certainly been thrown in at the deep end which is super exciting! I’m always so grateful I took that leap of faith into the unknown and joined McGowan Transcriptions in 2020, as it has turned out to be the best decision I could have made.”
