At McGowan Transcriptions we never subcontract transcription work to a third party and none of our transcribers transcribe for anybody else.
Before joining McGowan Transcriptions several tests are completed to ensure only the highest calibre transcriptionists become part of our team.
Each transcriber has signed a full and comprehensive confidentiality agreement.

Qualified as a Bi-lingual secretary, then went to work at Rockwell International S.A. reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager for Europe, where I stayed for 10 years, during which time I also supported other managers and sales teams in an extremely busy environment where there were always deadlines to be met.
It was in 1994 that I left to have my twin daughters and soon after heard about McGowan Transcriptions and it sounded like the ideal job. I joined the team in October 1997. I think I'm very fortunate to have something that allows me a certain amount of flexibility. I find the work varied and interesting and it also enables me to keep up to date to a certain extent with new technology, such as digital transcription!
