At McGowan Transcriptions we never subcontract transcription work to a third party and none of our transcribers transcribe for anybody else.
Before joining McGowan Transcriptions several tests are completed to ensure only the highest calibre transcriptionists become part of our team.
Each transcriber has signed a full and comprehensive confidentiality agreement.

In 1986 I joined the Department of Health & Social Services and had many roles, including organising and attending large health conferences across the UK and being involved in the Smart Healthcare Card Pilot Scheme in England.
In 1990 I joined Bill Bourne Associates. My main role was to produce time-coded dialogue scripts and time-coded post production scripts for clients such as BBC (Food & Drink, Gardeners World), Hartswood Films (Men Behaving Badly) and Channel X (Vic Reeves Big Night Out).
I joined McGowan Transcriptions in 1995, and have been in the privileged position of watching the team grow from two to twenty! I've thoroughly enjoyed the last thirteen years working with Joe, Emma and the rest of the team.
