Budgets for charity projects are discounted and agreed up front. We never exceed budgets, even if unexpected costs arise due to formats being changed or unexpectedly strong respondent accents - these are absorbed within McGowan Transcriptions.

We are happy to take on projects that are sensitive in nature. Each transcriber/typist abides by strict rules of confidentiality and has signed in-depth confidentiality agreements, so you can be sure that the details of any project we are involved in will not leave McGowan Transcriptions.
